Rich, bold colors and fresh patterns are dominating the fashion and beauty trends this fall. At first they may seem intimidating and better left to the runway professionals, but this doesn’t have to be the case. These five fall fashion trends can be worn by any woman.

Patterned and Brightly Colored Tights

Patterned and brightly colored tights come in a variety of different styles and can be a very bold fashion statement. When worn the wrong way, they can be a fashion disaster, but when tastefully incorporated into a well thought out outfit they can be flattering and stylish. Patterned tights should be paired a simpler, solid top and solid shoes and brightly colored tights should be worn with a very toned down patterned or solid top so as not to be overwhelm the outfit and distract from it. When worn well patterned and brightly colored can be an asset to any girl’s wardrobe.

Dark Nail Polish

Rich chocolates, deep maroons, glossy bronzes and dark navy blue nail polishes have been showing up on the hands of celebrities this fall. Any woman can wear this look though. Whether it’s done by a professional or a quick home manicure these dark colors will make any girls hands look chic and modern and will be the perfect accessory to other fall fashions.

Colored Eyeliner

Colored eyeliner can really make eyes look stunning and is perfect for a night on the town. Jewel tones like emerald green and gold usually go really nicely with most skin types. For daytime wear be very subtle with colored eyeliner, but for a funky night time look make it a little thicker or just line the bottom lids. Contrast colored eyeliner with simple eye shadow.

Nude Lips

This trend is showing up on magazine covers and runways everywhere, but any girl can do it. To get perfect nude lips first define them with a nude lip pencil and then put concealer instead of lipstick. For a matte finish dust lips with powder and for a glossy finish add a thin layer of clear gloss. These lips are sure to impress.

Berry Colored Lips

If the thought of a nude lip is a bit scary then try berry (or wine) colored lips instead. The colors denoted by the word berry include everything from a pinky watermelon color to a bold maroon to a chic blackberry color. Every woman will have to pick the shade that looks the best on their personal skin type and is right for them. This look can be worn day or night.

Fashion trends are not just for celebrities and supermodels anymore. These five looks can make any woman look fabulous if they wear them right.
